Last night the ESCP Europe Alumni had the honour of hosting Guillaume de Monplanet, General Manager of Adidas France at just 39.
He loves life, sports (running, football, tennis), challenges and weekends filled with golf and food. He is the perfect embodiment of positive energy and authenticity that he ranks in his 6 leadership qualities. I share his values so we discussed the need to nurture our positive energy and build self-awareness to achieve the perfect alignment between mind, heart and body, attain authenticity and hone your potential and personal strength. The notion of strength always ties into energy, the energy we send into our environment and the energy we receive from others.
