Olivier Chatillon is a coach in trust strategy.

He coaches leaders and their teams to develop all the dimensions of their confidence at the highest level in order to achieve sustainable performance.

Olivier has 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Director in major international groups (AREVA, DANONE, L'OREAL) where he led industrial transformation projects.

Coach certifié HEC, il fait aujourd'hui bénéficier ses clients de son expertise de la conduite des changements et de l’accompagnement des hommes.

Since 1998, Olivier has been interested in coaching during his Master II in HR at the IAE in Paris, which he concluded with his thesis: "The HR-COACH, a new positioning for the HR posotion". He then applied this new posture of HRD in various management committees and in the management of transverse projects: reorganizations, creation of new subsidiaries, advice to the leaders of the organization during strategic issues.

His work on the different stages that structure trust has led him to accompany leaders and their teams in different contexts: leaders of start-ups and large organizations. In this same approach, Olivier specifically leads teams of managers to increase their collective effectiveness and develop a positive impact for the organization.

Olivier Chatillon supports the deployment of large-scale projects that concern the entire management line of a company, when it comes to transmitting a vision, leading a major organizational change and getting the support and commitment of all the people involved.

Olivier has also developed his talents as a musician, singer and conductor. He has been running for 30 years and playing golf for 10 years.
