Doctor in Neurosciences, Pierre-Alain BOYER has been working for 25 years as an expert for the pharmaceutical industry in the management of neuropsychiatric projects. He leads and structures communication strategies and optimises the resources and production of scientific teams in complex situations.
Pierre Alain is an HEC-certified coach and also coaches executives and management teams, using his knowledge from neuroscience research.
Our brain is a living tissue that can be represented as an astronomical set of neuronal connections (nodes, plexuses). Its functioning depends on the quality and fluidity of communication within this complexity, at the neuronal and network levels. By analogy, the operational efficiency of organisations in complex situations is based on the relational quality (interconnections) of the individuals that make up the organisation and on the quality of each individual's relationship to himself (self-connection).
Pierre-Alain's coaching can be focused on the analytical approach of the complexity encountered, as well as on the quality and fluidity of the connection to others and to oneself, in order to optimise the effectiveness of individuals and teams in complex situations.
