Codevelopment

Experience the power
of collective intelligence

COMISK is a positive impact specialist and provides Codevelopment workshops to produce communities of practice and help your colleagues become more independent in their professional challenges.

We use Payette and Champagne's innovative and successful method (founders of Codevelopment).

It has 6 stagesand brings together a group of people to discuss their professional issues, gain from the power of collective intelligence and leave with practical solutions that can be put in place quickly to successfully solve their issues.

Codevelopment method
Payette and Champagne

Three roles are essential to the function of a professional codevelopment group:

The « client » role provides a problem or project to help explore, find leads, different opinions. The client changes every session.

The « consultant »role as a contributor working for the client; consultants bring their experiences, opinions, suggestions, plans of action and instincts based on the client's demand.

The roles of client and consultant change between sessions.

The « leader » role : the leader guides the group through the 6 stages of codevelopment. The "leader" uses their training in codevelopment and mindfulness of both the session's procedure and content to encourage the group to interact. They uphold the ethical code.

The style and standard of the session as well as group interactions promote new skills, lead to changing some plans of action and create solutions or possibilities for new behaviour with confidence.

Cycle

There are 3 stages to COMISK's codevelopment course:

Present, introduce method and identify subjects.

Group sessions based on a fixed schedule.

A final session for feedback and codevelopment learning.
