Our tools

COMISK's Impact + coaching model helps individuals and groups to make a positive impact by focusing on the model's 6 aspects: Presence, Confidence, Energy, Emotional Intelligence, Relationship Intelligence, Strength.

Our coaches draw on different techniques and tools to build on each of these aspects.

Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry is a positive and innovative approach to change that's worlds away from the classic problem-solving approach. This participatory and constructive method uses the organisation's existing "positive core" to innovate and build new projects.

Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP®)

Emotional intelligence is based on in-depth self-awareness and is the ability to recognise your emotions and needs. It helps better understand your feelings and better manage your emotions so you can pre-empt and change your behaviour.
Social or relationship intelligence enables us to better understand others, respect their needs and interact with their environment in harmony. Developing these 2 forms of intelligence, emotional and relationship, helps streamline communication, improve the individual and/or collective relationship and boost performance.
COMISK provides Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP®) as an evaluation and personal development tool. It can be used as a building block to maximise the impact of emotional and relationship skills in one-to-one and collective coaching.

CODEVELOPMENT

Codevelopment is a training technique that uses interaction between participants and collective intelligence to improve their professional work. Codevelopment helps build a sense of "working together", breaks down barriers and creates a kind, agile and efficient relationship culture.

NVC – (NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION)

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a pragmatic and efficient communication technique that enables people to communicate clearly, coherently and compatibly whilst being open and understanding with others. This approach promotes smooth cooperation through self and mutual respect. NVC is recommended for conflict resolution and helps improve your relationship with yourself.

MBTI

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test that describes differences in a positive way. It provides a better understanding of yourself and how you react to stressful situations so you can better manage conflict and change and make a better impact.

HUMAN ELEMENT

Human Element® is a leadership and team development guide for companies. The innovative approach founded by Will Schultz aims to« Optimize Performance Through Openness & Accountability » and create a responsible, open and people-based working environment.

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS

« What happens between saying hello and goodbye is based on a specific theory about the personality and dynamic of the group, which is also a psychoanalytic method known as transactional analysis ».
(Éric Berne – Que dites-vous après avoir dit Bonjour ?)

Transactional Analysis is part of the humanist trend that believes people are naturally good, able to make decisions and be accountable for them. It's a theory based on group and organisational communication, development, structure and dynamic.
