Emotional intelligence is based on in-depth self-awareness and is the ability to recognise your emotions and needs. It helps better understand your feelings and better manage your emotions so you can pre-empt and change your behaviour.
Social or relationship intelligence enables us to better understand others, respect their needs and interact with their environment in harmony.
