With an international career as Marketing and Communication Director in the luxury sector for 20 years (LVMH, John Taylor...) and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe in 2008, Karine Arneodo is familiar with the challenges and issues that leaders face at every stage of their development (taking up a position, intercultural management, 3.0 management, development of visibility and influence, career management, media exposure, public speaking, conflict management, career development).
Her mastery of digital levers makes her an expert in the new strategic challenges of digital communication at the individual and organisational level.
Karine is an executive coach specialising in issues of impact, influence, presence, assertiveness and relational quality. In particular, she coaches high potentials in establishing their strategic vision, their leadership posture, their internal and external communication and in developing their emotional and relational intelligence.
She also coaches teams on issues of impact, motivation, performance and the development of relational qualities (emotional, behavioural, communicational).
Outside the company, Karine coaches athletes on the preparation of strategic objectives and works in particular on energy, presence and positive thinking to develop confidence, mental power and performance.
Originally from Nice, she has also followed a double artistic curriculum in Harp and Drama for more than 10 years and has been practicing meditation, reiki and yoga for several years.
